Assigned username rule
Use the assigned username shown by an admin; do not use the admin account for normal replies.
Projects and threads
Projects categorize communication. Each project contains its own searchable threads.
File transfer
Use the paperclip or camera control in the message composer. Downloads are limited to admins and thread participants.
Profiles
Users can set display name, assigned username, title, status, bio, and a JPG/PNG/WebP profile picture in Settings.
Message controls
Use message buttons to copy, edit, delete, mark complete, or reopen text where permissions allow.
Credential safety
Do not paste tokens, cookies, passwords, PINs, private keys, or credentials into chat.
